Resell for Profit on eBay & Amazon

I used to sell womens clothing on eBay and I made a little money doing that, but I realize now that I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I didn’t realize that there was a lot more to selling on eBay such as researching your items, the right way to list and item, the right time and day to list, etc…

Darn it! I could have made so much more if I actually knew what I was doing! So…

I saw this last night on the news and think it’s really awful! A lot of businesses are checking potential employees credit as a way of screening applicants. Apparently they have so many job applicants, so to them this is one more way to narrow down their choices.

There are certain types of businesses that are allowed to pull credit when considering someone for a job, such as a bank for example, or a place where you will have some type of financial responsibility. Otherwise employers are not supposed to do this.

What can you do? Well, you could pull your own credit report and see what’s on there. This way you’ll be prepared and will know what the employer will see. If an employer is going to pull your credit there should be a paper you would need to sign that tells you your credit will be pulled. If you know your credit has suffered the best thing you can do is be honest and explain your situation and hopefully your credit won’t matter so much.

While I can understand that literally tons of people are looking for jobs, I feel this is sooo unfair. I’m sure that most people’s credit was okay while they were employed or before they lost their home. Now with the number of foreclosures, bankruptcies and not to mention the amount of people in this country who are unemployed, this will obviously make things even worse.

Shouldn’t we all be helping each other, not hurting each other??

This subject hits home for me because of how it has affected my job hunting. I’m currently working at home doing a few different things. Yes, you really can make money working from home, whether it’s online or for a business!

If you’ve been online for a while and feel stuck, if you want to take your existing online business to the next level, or even if you’re a total newbie, then a good mentor is what you need. I was really stuck and working so hard to build my business and make money online.
